Supporting Talents of Rising Youth.

I volunteered with Project S.T.O.R.Y. I'm grateful for their work with Concord's youth.

I volunteered with Project S.T.O.R.Y. (Supporting Talents of Rising Youth), a group that runs free programs for young people here in Concord. I helped where I could, and I also got to share community stories through Concord TV and Project S.T.O.R.Y.

What stays with me most is the people behind it. They show up for young people with patience and real care, and they help kids feel seen, capable and welcome. That kind of work rarely makes headlines, but it changes a city, one young person at a time. I learned a lot from them, and I'm thankful I got to be a small part of it.

To everyone at Project S.T.O.R.Y.: thank you for what you give to Concord.

Program details and sign-up information are coming soon.

Mill Brook School, Concord

As a volunteer, I organized the Project S.T.O.R.Y. Juneteenth community event and spoke as a guest speaker (Concord Monitor, June 20, 2024).

My letters

Read it first.

I write when there's something worth your time: book news before anyone else hears it, where I'm speaking next, and stories from the young people I work with. No noise.
