Leadership development
Training young people to lead, speak, organize and grow professionally.
Fiston NdayishimiyeTrainings
I run trainings for young people and the adults who work beside them: leading, speaking, organizing, advocacy and taking care of each other. Most of them I build with the Young Adults Development Network.

YDN is youth-led and volunteer-run. We build young leaders through leadership development, education, civic engagement and community building, with a focus on refugee, immigrant and underserved young people.
I co-founded YDN with Pastor Serge Kagabo, and I've been Executive Director since March 2024. When I train, YDN is usually in the room with me.
